The Science of Nasal Breathing

For me, it is 100% nasal breathing. I don't switch my breathing from my nostrils out of my mouth. If we want much more of a vasodilative response, which is a widening of the blood vessels, then we need to breathe through our nose. That's one major evolution in change: nasal breathing only. The other thing is low and slow Breathalyser; so nobody hears you. You don't even hear yourself breathing.
