If you don't have a specific passion, focus on where the puck is going. The strongest personal mote is starting your own company - it's very difficult but less risky than people think. A second path is becoming an indispensable employee for companies that will always need someone who can help recruit talent. And then finally, leverage that skill or that knowledge and the social capital that you've built up from it to secure positions in companies that transition social capital into financial capital so you can build wealth.
