Is There a Potential for Base Class Inheritance?

I don't like casting everywhere. And if I go the route of having base classes and using inheritance on, say, my selector pattern, because it has some base methodslike get me IDs or turn this list into a map or do this filtering. Well, that means I'm back to S objects passing around S objects around, and I have to cast. So it's just, it's those kind of tradeoffs, those kind of decisions where you're just kind of like, is it worth it? That would be nice. Next year, I think. Yeah.
