Is Joe Biden in Trouble?

Biden is 80 years old. He's got five years on me. And it's clear, he is mentally not as sharp as he used to be. But what exactly that means is very difficult to tell from a distance. Ronald Reagan was in trouble in terms of his mental acuity in the last year or two of his presidency.
