The Baudhulaok and the Chotalok
Roy: Baudhulaok is about caste but not limited to caste. And you can have people from the upper caste who are not Baud hulaok and other people cannot try to become BaudHulaok. But it is definitely a very Bengali and you could almost say an elitist construct in the same way that Bengalis like to divide the world into Bengalis and non-Bengalis.
