New numbers show that millennials are expected to change jobs every three years. It's changed the economy, and so has the pandamic of course. Now you throw in the fact that we can work remotely. You know, our company used to be a a sort of a local maryland thing. We now have clients in 33 states and employees in three states. It doesn't make any difference any more. And in the white collar world, it's for the better, because you can take a job without moving.
