The Water That You're Drinking Is an Ecosystem

i understand that this water isn't alive in the sense that the h two o is alive. But if you'll allow it, the the water that i'm talking about is an ecosystem. We know now what happens when you remove all the stuff, let's saye from sugar cane, and you just eat the crystal white sugar. We're very comfortable with the idea that those process foods are less nutritious to us and have deleterious effects on our bodies. We haven't really thought about what happens when we alter the composition of water.
