Speakers Get Energized When They're Speaking From Stage

I think a lot of introverts would struggle with that kind of concept because, I mean, surely speaking from stage is terrifying. Once they learn the strategies, which I know you share in your books as well, all of a sudden they can do it well and still be energized. That's not introversion, extroversion. That's called just being pure human. It's like a one-person player, one-person performance.
