The First Fascist Demonstration in Clown Gear

The first time I saw it was in May of 2019 when Joey Gibson of Patriot Prayer held a rally in Albany, New York with a tiny gaggle of Proud Boys. Nobody even showed up to counter protest him. And the whole event was forgotten basically as soon as it happened. The only noteworthy part of this rally was the fact that several Proud Boys showed up in clown face. It is now filtered, that it being a hankler meme, has now filtered thoroughly out of the weird right wing internet and into the streets.
