How to Stretch for a Good Morning
How are you feeling this morning, just in general? How is your body feeling? Do any parts feel especially good? Does anything feel a little bit off or tight? How's your life going these days? What could be going better in your life these days? I hope that you do that thing for yourself today. And on that note, let's take one more deep breath in. And as you exhale, make your way out of bed into a standing position. Let's take a quick stretch to help loosen the body. You should only join if you're physically able, and if you'd prefer to do something else then be my guest.
