The court's own sleuthing actually found. the fake cases that were attached to Peter Loduca's April affidavit, which it's been asking for since May. It adds the use of a false and fraudulent notarization in that April affidavit. And then there's a bunch of apology stuff and some ostensible screenshots from chat GPT that also look, I think the legal term is hell of fake. The brief is dated April 25th, 2023, but then the sworn to before me says this 25th day of January 2023 or something like that.
