And then I run about five different scenarios of different interest rates and down payments. And if it gives me that sweet spot, then I will just go ahead on and do the deal. He says he doesn't like to ela carte deals; he likes to holistically look at a deal. LZ: Even though those numbers may vary from seller financed to a bank loan, the analysis steps are still pretty much the same.
