The best way to let go of this is to be very nice to yourself about it. Just allow yourself to have it and know that it's the only thing you have right now to cope with your feelings but if you are accepting of that and being like I'm not a bad person I'm just trying to feel good, there's really nothing to feel bad about. No one wants to be an addict so just be kind to yourself  and know that what if you're smoking weed that you're doing it because you're in pain right? "I would really forgive yourself for losing your hair because you didn't choose to if you could push a button and have hair," he said.
