How Did You Start the Moderator Programme?

When net was first launched, the moderator programme wasn't really established yet. We had our small but mighty group of 12 moderators that had previously helped with moderation. So i brought those 12 on and figured out our first tools very quickly. Then we went from 12 to 18, and then we did 18 to around 26 ish. And then by august, i had, no, august, september, i had upped it to about 75 moderators. E was crazy. That whole month was just interviewing on board, an interviewing on board.
