Adrian: What are the common personality, person characteristics of someone who has either founded a colt or ascended into a prominent leadership role within the organization? Adrian: I think it's very clear. They are what the h d s would call the moving against people trems. Most strongly, carisma, you look at all of them, and they have an amazing self belief. And their narsisism increases overtime, and that's what gets him in the end.
