Why do you think that was and remains such a popular assessment book term? In general, why did this catch on? You know, one of the things i've been looking at recently is how we still have just such incredibly ineffective means of helping people to end up in the right jobs.

- Advice: Map what the world around you needs. Who are you? What are your talents? Interests? Motivators? --> Draw the connections. Look where they intersect.
