The Evolution of Plant-Based Food Technology and Cellular Agriculture

The FDA and USDA has recently just like two a couple of days ago have cultured meat in the US so that's hugely exciting. I do think that concerns about naturalness particularly in the context of cellular agriculture probably more than plant-based meat are concerns that people really have but there's also a pretty powerful effect of social norms and what other people are doing. People who are higher in things like disgust and distrust are more likely to reject cultured meat and more likely to be absolutely or morally opposed to it.
