Matt Stewart was sentenced to 18 years in prison. He was out on bond just two years later, when he was shot and killed by police. With a growing reputation, he took the opportunity to take on the lease of a service station property across the road. The charges against shell burn and sanders were dismissed but Matt still served time for murder.
