How to Tolerate Low-Fi Content in Your Music
The more low fidelity content you can tolerate, the more you don't mind hearing the tape splice. The amazing thing about making records to me is that we're like going to age now. It doesn't matter if you use a shitty mic, it doesn't matter what you're recording onto. If you want it to sound high five here, then you record on high five here. That's all that really matters. And so if you do that, a handheld tape deck is great.
