The Importance of Collaboration in Team Coaching
Eamer: I think it's the case who has the right to call themselves an expert on this because it's all quite new and quite dynamic. The supervision that we do in the group in the circle together is real, what I would call real peer supervision. There's no expert. It's a here's the case, and we're collectively trying to figure it out with lots of different techniques. Eamer: What I'm hearing behind that, Eamer, is that there is no right ways, there's multiple ways, unless explore all of these different multiple ways and see how that adds to our practice.
