Pick up some sort of a skill a hobby start learning something go back to studying something that matters to you for me one of the biggest saviors for me in one of my breakups was returning to study and doing my masters. Pay attention to the anger resentment or hatred that you hold towards your ex okay if you harbor crazy amounts of anger towards your ex then you are holding too much energy for them.
