There are people who shrink from this sort of what we were calling bold moves because they'll recognize what they've done previously. But the willingness of people to try that and I do think there's a personality component here which underlying is in personality terms openness to experience. So the onus is on individuals but also employers to create the conditions that help and enable the whole process of learning through work experience.
