People who feel they have low self esteem and that other people judge them poorly. We hold the belief that people think like us, and that we act on it. At the same time we know it's not true. If you could learn to simply talk yourself into not judging other people, do you know what would happen in theory? Just everybody's equal. As soon as you do that, you're going to stop worrying about what they think of you. I think one % of you just got cured.
