So a lot of how we traditioally think about resilience is kind of pushing through. But actually, snot really what resilience is at all. Resilience is not grits. It's not pushing through. Sometimes it could be, but other times it could be something completely different that you need. So again, i focus a lot on helping people to become more resilient themselves,. But it's also very important to take into accountof what's going on around you as well.
