RES and the Blood Brain Barrier
The blood brain barrier is the number one least permeable barrier in the body for good reason. The big issue is that you get really incredibly low bioavailability. Some groups are looking at exosomes, like tiny particles that might cross the blood brain barrier. There also have been reports of other particles like lipid nanoparticles or liposomes. Still, if the bioavailability is not zero, that you might still be able to do some real good.
