The Risk of Recession in the US Economy

I think people were fairly in consensus when it came to look, the US economy will manage to turn this around without going into recession. Since then, we've had a couple of inflation surprises. We've had jobs coming in stronger than expected on a number of occasions which has led to additional rate hikes from the Fed.
