Time Restricted Feeding
For the first eight weeks of this study, there was no significant differences. The metabolic markers were slightly better and the time restricted feeding group lost a litble tof body fat. So when you look at that eight weeks study by morro, if you're a fan, o i f it's a big win, right? However, when we look at the year long study now we start to see some differences. There's actually a reduction in lean ymass in the intermittent fasting group,. And in their assessments of hypertrophy, they estimated the cross sectional area in the arms and legs that went down as well while those values went up for the normal diet group.
