The Role of Psychosocial Hazards in Decision Making

There were a range of psychosocial hazards or risk factors in there that I thought was relevant and I think off the top of the head sort of the five main ones that I raised were around the officer and or officers in question looking at things like fatigue and shift work impacts and how they affect decision-making.
