The Role of Psychosocial Hazards in Decision Making
There were a range of psychosocial hazards or risk factors in there that I thought was relevant and I think off the top of the head sort of the five main ones that I raised were around the officer and or officers in question looking at things like fatigue and shift work impacts and how they affect decision-making. The complexity of the task that that person had completed what resources they might still have had available versus not being available to make good decisions emotional loads and emotional demands particularly in an emergency situation where there might be a high level of threat.
