How Good Is Your Italian?
I was born and raised in the UK but my grandparents were Italian. I always thought I would like to talk to them in Italian, so that was the reason I went to Italy. But even when I could speak Italian, it was still very difficult to talk to they in Italian. And then, yeah, then I started obviously teaching English and then I met my wife. She understands me - although sometimes I do worry that you can't understand her. We've kind of given up now because it's just too strange.
