We're all dehydrated when we wake up in the morning because we've been breathing out water vapor all morning long. So hydrating well, so critical getting those salts and really good for the adrenals. And beverages also help stimulate the vagus nerve, which helps give you energy and focus but doesn't want to overdo it. We can say where all these things are great to do first thing in the morning, I highly recommend them.
