Don't Fake It to Build Confidence

Before a certain age, you didn't feel you done enough to be proud of yourself. The best advice is do shit that will make you proud of yourself and then you'll be confident. It's terrible that people get into it for status reasons. You can be a handyman and it own it. Like you said earlier, if you own it, that's attractive. If you're proud of it and you do great work or you're this you're this person who does. When you love what you do, you radiate that outward that you love yourself.
