The more we try to control and push, the less room there is for self-regulation. Oppositional defiant disorder can co-occur with an attention deficit or autism diagnosis. There's a 50% overlap both ways. If you're diagnosed with oppositional defiant disorder, there’s a 50% chance that you have ADHD diagnosis.
