The Benefits of Mindfulness for Blind People

People who don't have mental images are less likely to be distracted by daydreams in their head, and also it might help them to be more present. One of the researchers we spoke to said that he has done some work to see whether it's possible to give mental imagery to people that don't have it. And where they're at so far is they've realized that if you sort of stimulate certain parts of the brain, you can increase the strength or decrease the strength of visual imagery in people that already have it.
