The more body mass that you put on, the more blood vessels your body needs to make through a process called angiogenesis. People who are overweight have far more blood vessels and this can lead to hypertension. For every kilogram of fat thatyou put on, you increase the length of your blood vessels, which increases the resistance,. Which makes your heart have to work harder to overcome it. And that can lead to changes in the heart itself. So let me just quickly summarize here what we've said. Oh, no. The blood pressure actually decreases. It's that person. It's some dingus at the downstream from that vessel. Right.
