The Mantra of Making Love to the Ground

The mantra that I use for myself is making love to the ground. So very delicately, very gently, caressing the ground with your feet as opposed to like slamming on it at all times. A 2011 study in the journal clinical biomechanics found this can help runners decrease their tibial acceleration by 50% and they're force loading by 30%.
