Engaging in the World
Hedonism is a very self centred pursuit, makes the interest and focus on the external world disappear whenever truly we can only flourish in an concord with the flow of the external world. Riht, so we have to engage with it, ando not just give to ourselves, but turn it around to where we are doing something with the outside world, with the external world, and finding that residence. The word you use, which i think is really appropriate, is engagement. You know, engaging in experience,. because a part of getting lost in one's own internal perspective, which then typically leads to hedonism.
