Did Lack of Sleep Affect Your Decision Making?

Not getting a good night's sleep is going to impair your cognition the next day. Decision making and juggling one's day to day activities is something that we do many times every day, and it's tremendously important. So i would say, if you didn't get enough sleep last night, don't make any big decisions to day. Minimize the number of small decisions you made. But don't worry too much about your memory, because it really shouldn't be affected at all.
