i'm not a hundred percent sure why, but people are full boat loaded stock this year. The highest bullish sentiment ever was at the peak in 19 99 - yet for our lifetime, people were most berish? It seems like they just cannot defeat their human programming. I wonder why the barishness? Is it the carnage under the surface and a lot of the tech names? Why do you think people are so bearish right now and really long and really allocated on your observation?"
