Kenya had a much lower rate of breast cancer than America in the 1970s. The rates of infectious diseases are significantly higher in Kenya. To the extremely low rate of prostate cancer deaths in Japan where I look this up, it appears to be the case that prostate cancer rates are lower in Japan. This feels reminiscent to me of that 60 minutes clip about red wine.
