Piroburo: A Different Type of Leadership

Tory: "I think in the corporate world, you have this idea leadership is strong and ambitious" But I see someone with a lot of you, Tory, this space and your very gentle, kind, caring person. You seem to be helping other people flourish around you, but you do it in a different type of leadership that should be more commonplace. And so last night, I found another one when I was preparing notes. So this is called Piroburo. And what's this one about?
