The Duchess of Richmond hosts a grand-bore in Brussels on June 15th. Napoleon will intercept the British and the Prussians. He was hoping that if he could win a really convincing victory, at that point the Allies might be willing to make peace. Less than a third of Wellington's army speaks German as its first language.
