Is God's Power Limited by His Creation?

Taylor: Is it an in fact a question about whether God's power is limited by his creation? If wouldn't it be better if everybody could be saved, he asks. He says the ultimate good of the universe is not consistent with the highest good of each individual. "That seems true to me," Taylor replies.
