The State's Committing Interest in the Execution Chamber
Aron: The state's compelling interest is to have zero risk in the execution chamber, then they're always going to win. But we also know that it can't be that. They get to say, we need zero risk, and therefore we always win. It has to be something else. And by the way, we never hear from gorsich through this entire argument. Not once. He's given three opportunities, called on by name, and we don't hear from him at all. No questions.
