I blame culture, mentorship and teachers and professors. So I have seen this where you will have a professor who has, it's almost like there are different pedigrees or something. You know, I would see a professor as a colleague or even as a student and they would be of that sort where they didn't have that compassion, that deep dedication to humanity. Then you go to your agency and luck of the draw, most of, if not all of your supervisors and colleagues are also like that. Some people get into the field for a very different reason than you and I got into it, you know, for the money. Or because they didn't know what else they wanted
