The Power Dynamics in Organizations
There's something also about a recognizing our agency, and that we have a choice. And i think it plays into this paradime shift from parent child dynamics in organizations to more adult to adult. Part of that is not just a top down transformation, but also a bottom up transformation,. But in a sense, you know, the people who have been who have had traditionalo of power, like managers, yes, there’s some work, inner work for them to do in terms of being open to other perspectives and taking responsibility for their power. That shift needs to happen in both m y in both of those different power dynamics.
