The Biggest Trap When Developing Leaders

XP needs leaders who empower rather than wield power. And we've literally just changed our whole leadership structure to enable that to happen. So the way we conventionally teach leadership is through our leadership structures. The conceptual understanding, the strength that the strong conceptual understanding, hopefully, is at the top of the hierarchy. That's where the people working directly with the kids must be the strongest, not the weakest.
