The strict scrutiny standard is violated. The minute that you discriminate against one person and you tip the scale on the, on behalf of one person or on a group, but I mean, you know, on, you make it harder for an Asian to get into Harvard. And we didn't know that Harvard we knew. We knew that Harvard and the Ivy's had said quotas against Jews in the,. you know, in the 20s, 30s, 40s. We didn't know the specifics and they didn't admit it. That's what this discovery thing meant.
