May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Kate asked the people that were there to tell her what's an indicator of mental health out of whack. One person said they catastrophize when someone doesn't like them. The best thing for me is just to go back to what brings me joy today. Get yourself in your kitchen and have a good old boogie on the dance floor. It can be the simplest of things that can get you out of that funk.
