30 states have had these laws in the books for some time now. But when George w bush passed, no child left behind, it became law of the land. The poorest kids within 200% of federal poverty level saw their rate of diagnosis go up 59%. Middle and upper class kids in those same states went up about seven%. And the private school kids in those states showed no difference between rich and poor.
