Do Consentual Cannibal Canibalism Violate Human Dignity?

In germany, there was some onewo placed an ad on line inviting someone who would be willing to engage in consentual cannibal canibalism. And sure enough, they came ogether it. In fact, i think the the deliberation and even the act was videotaped. The act of ofo killing and voluntary consentual cannibalism was carried out. They arrested the guy, they put him on trial. If that what counts as a violation of human dignity, if one freely chooses it, that it's that there's no moral argument to be had about it. We may not know that until the activity of persuasion and reasoning takes place.
